Where are you located?

All businesses run out of Lisa's home studio in the Creston Neighborhood near the corner of Plainfield and Knapp in Grand Rapids, MI

How does local floral pickup work? 

Select local pickup at checkout and complete your transaction. You will receive an order confirmation. Additionally, pickup instructions will also be sent once your order is confirmed. Basically, you'll text Lisa with your order number and schedule an exact pickup appointment. We will be doing contactless porch pickup whenever possible. We are also a fully vaccinated household.

I also offer local pickup for artgoodies and vintagegoodies items!

We also some steps leading up to the porch. If this creates any physical barrier for you, simply text me when you arrive and I'll bring your order to you curbside. 

Please allow at least 20 minutes for your floral order to be ready.

Typical Floral Pickup hours -subject to change per release/holiday:

Thurs 3-7 pm 
Friday 9-11 am and 4 pm-7:00 pm.
Sat 9-11 am

Can I pickup my artgoodies or vintage order? Do you take custom textile orders? And do you offer wholesale?

Yes, of course, pickup for prepaid vintage and textile orders are welcome. Custom textile orders are only considered for bulk orders at this time. We also love to know what kind of vintage you're after as we are always on the hunt! Lisa offers wholesale on her artgoodies product line, and she also does some vintage wholesale buying for several stores. Contact Lisa with your store information and needs. 

How do I pay?

All orders must be placed online and pre paid at checkout. We accept Paypal, AND all major credit cards. Our checkout is powered by PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. For ease of transactions and accounting, we simply do not handle cash. All purchases are subject to MI sales tax. 

Do you deliver?

I don't, it's just me, local porch pickup only.

Do you have a floral subscription service? 

Not yet, but we hope to add that as an option in the future. Let us know if you're interested!

Are you a full service floral shop? 

No, we are not. Flowergoodies offers curated bouquets and occasional  arrangements for local pickup only, operating out of Lisa's home studio. Flowers are only available on a monthly and holiday basis. Please see the Flower Calendar for availability. We do not stock inventory, we do not take drop in orders at the studio, nor do we allow customers in the studio. 

What tips do you have for flower care?

  • Add flower food to your vase.
  • Clip the stems at an angle so flowers can properly drink instead of having stems lie flat on the bottom of the vase. Retrim your stems every few days. 
  • Change your water every couple days to help prevent bacteria from forming.
  • Flowers will last longer in a cooler spot with indirect sunlight in your home or office.

Do you do weddings and events?

Lisa has styled and done floral for weddings in the past. She will consider weddings and events on a case by case basis. Her main focus is her textile and vintage business, so time is limited for such endeavors.
